Can I cancel at any time?

If you decide to cancel, please make sure to initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days before the next invoice date. To do so, simply contact our support team via email. We want to assure you that you are not bound by any contracts with us!

Do I need to pay for any new features?

No need to worry, you are eligible for continued benefits! We regularly update our app, which means you can enjoy some of the industry's leading new features as a Plaidbase user.

What other fees can I expect?

The only other charges you have to worry other than our monthly subscription are the texts, emails & calls, which are billed directly through Twilio & Mailgun. You can view the wholesale pricing here.

Can I get a free trial?

Certainly! For new clients signing up for the professionals plan, we provide a 7-day trial. This plan includes all the features that Plaidbase offers, except for the Done for You program. It allows you to experience the latest and most innovative features we have, enabling you to make an informed decision.
